Proof Of Concept

A proof of concept (POC) is an exercise in which work is focused on determining whether an idea can be turned into a reality. Troye has ability to showcase product capabilities within your existing environment. Our approach is to confirm the scope, set goals and set deadlines, execute the plan and to analyse results and findings.

Project Scoping

At Troye we ensure that project scoping is at the top of our priorities. We ensure that we gather information required to start a project, identify risks and include the features required to successfully complete the project.

Design and Architecture

At Troye we understand that each project is unique. We perform efficient planning and design of all solutions to successfully execute the project.  Each custom design delves deeper into the implementation details of the solution, to ensure the relevant components align with business strategies and the desired business results are achieved.

Implementation

Implementation is performed once the design has been signed off.  This includes installation, configuration, customisation, testing, integration, knowledge transfer and training.  At Troye we use proven methodologies and meticulous processes to ensure deadlines and objectives are met in terms of the project scope.

Service Level Agreement

Troye’s Service Level Agreements are customised to set clear service parameters and are customised to each customer’s requirements.  The SLA ensures both parties are on the same page in terms of standards and service; clearly documenting the method of work and roles and responsibilities of the service provider and the client ensuring proactive management and well as effective support and troubleshooting.

Support And Troubleshooting

We believe troubleshooting is a systematic approach to solving a problem. The first step in the troubleshooting process is to identify and understand the problem completely. Once this has been defined by our engineers, we provide expert level of support in order to resolve the issue at hand.
